These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Snug Australia, a division of the Clickcorp Pty. Ltd. (ABN 76120536174).

1. Orders & Delivery
  • All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Snug Australia.
  • Snug Australia may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.
  • Snug Australia or its agent, will deliver goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Snug Australia as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Snug Australia to be authorised to receive the goods.
  • If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Snug Australia may refuse to deliver goods, if the person receiving goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
  • If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Snug Australia may charge you additional delivery fees.
  • Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
  • Snug Australia reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities, when supplying resellers and distributors.
  • As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
  • Delivery delays may occur during the months of November - February due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
  • Any order cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee, to cover administrative overheads. Cancellation requests after the dispatching of goods will be treated in accordance with Snug Australia Returns Policy.
  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.

2. Returns & Refunds

All product returns are subject to Snug Australia Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

3. Prices & Payment
  • For each online order, you must pay:
      1. the applicable price for the relevant goods, confirmed by Snug Australia; and
      2. the delivery and handling fee, specified on the web site at that time.
  • Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Snug Australia is encoded using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
  • At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated on the Payment page upon the checkout.
  • We are unable to accept COD charges.
  • The payment shell be made in full and must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
  • All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility provided by Snug Australia is based on approximate current exchange rates and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility.
  • Some payments may be subject to ID verification which requires the credit card holder to complete and return (by email or fax) a Payment Authorisation form.

4. Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Snug Australia in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Snug Australia may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

5. Pictures

Snug Australia aims to include up-to-date pictures of all products on this web site. However, our pictures of the products may differ from the actual products.

Snug Australia makes every attempt possible to reflect the actual colour of the products in the pictures presented. Sheepskin boots and other products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These variations are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.

The accuracy of pictures displayed is also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer setting. Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided, to minimise any discrepancies.

6. Import Taxes/Customs

Some international orders might be subject to import taxes/duties and customs clearance fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority. Any such fees are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Snug Australia.

Certain countries may prohibit the import of specific goods or brands. If unsure whether any such restrictions apply to the destination country, please check with the local customs authorities before making a purchase. Snug Australia will not be responsible for any goods ceased by the customs and any associated costs as a result of those restrictions.

7. Privacy

Snug Australia will comply with it's Privacy Policy. Snug Australia will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

8. Money Back Guarantee

Quite simply, if you are not happy with our product or change your mind when you receive you order, you can send it back to us for your money back. No questions asked and no hard feelings.

To return an item to us for your money back:
  • Contact us stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our Customer Service Department will then issue you a return authorisation number and advise our return address.
  • Please ensure you include this return authorisation number together with the purchase receipt with your returned goods.
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of dispatch date.
  • The returned item(s) are received by us within 14 days of us providing you with an return authorisation number.
  • The item(s) are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all packaging, swing tags, and labels complete and intact.
  • The item(s) are securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item(s) and packaging are received back by us in original and re-saleable condition.
  • Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned, net of a restocking fee of 20%. If you received free delivery then the delivery cost will also be deducted.

9. Win-Win Referral Program

The earning and redemption of Snug Australia Credit Dollars is subject to the Snug Australia Win-Win Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

A participant may earn Credit Dollars only in relation to purchases made at Snug Australia website using personalised discount coupon.

Except as provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise specified by Snug Australia, Credit Dollards may be credited only to the account of the participant who’s personal discount coupon being used for the eligible purchases.

Credit Dollars will not be awarded in relation to any orders and/or products that are cancelled, refunded or returned. Snug Australia may cancel or deduct any Credit Dollars that have been awarded in relation to cancelled, refunded or returned products or orders.

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, all Credit Dollars that were acquired more than 36 months prior will automatically expire at the end of third each calendar year.

Credit Dollars cannot be re-credited once they have expired.

Snug Australia reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Credit Dollars credited to a participant incorrectly, or not in accordance with, or in breach of, the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Participants may redeem their Credit Dollars for any purchases on Snug Australia web site. The Terms and Conditions applicable to Credit Dollars redemption will be those in force at the time the Credit Dollars are redeemed.

Once the Credit Dollars are used, they can not be credited back to your account.

The Credit Dollars cannot be repaid in cash or transferred to other participants.

10. Liability

Any liability of Snug Australia in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Snug Australia be limited to:
  1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
  2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

11. Changes To Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Snug Australia may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

12. Applicable Law

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of State of Victoria, Australia.
