We ship worldwide. Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply.

Australian Orders
We use Domestic Express Courier service for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.

International Orders
International orders are sent via International Express service. Delivery times from dispatch are 5-10 working days. Aditional delays may occur during the months of November - February due to the heavy load on postal services and customs.

For International deliveries, shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order. The exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed upon checkout and are automatically added to the total of your order. Average International shipping charge is around £15 / 17.5EUR / CA$25 / ¥1,825.

Please note that we currently don't ship to the following countries: Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, USA, Vietnam. For further information please contact our customer service.

International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by SNUG Australia.

Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.
