Placing an Order

The easiest way to make an order with SNUG Australia is through our web site. Other types of orders take longer to process due to the extra manual processing involved.

Our web site is secured by 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which guarantees encryption and protection of all the personal information and credit card transactions. It is the same level of security as used by many of the banks.

Select your product by browsing through the product categories. Once you found the product that you like, view the product details by clicking on it.

To order the product, just select the required options (size, colour, etc) and click "Add to Cart" button. You can add additional items to your shopping cart by repeating the same process.

You can access content of your shopping cart by clicking on the "View" button in the shopping cart area on the left-hand side of the screen. The shopping cart area also provides a quick summary of your shopping cart content.

Once you are happy with the content of your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

At this point, you will have an opportunity to create an account with SNUG Australia. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, monitor the order status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. If you've already got an account, just sign-in using your email address and password.

You'll then be taken to the screens, where you can enter your payment and delivery information.

It's that easy!


Payments

Credit cards
This is by far the most expedient method of payment, resulting in quickest turnaround time.

You credit card details are verified at the time you place an order, with goods often being shipped within as little as 24 hours from the purchase date.

We are currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Funds Transfer
If this is your preferred method of payment, please send us an email and we will forward you our bank account information.

Once we have verified that the funds have been deposited, we will process your order and ship the goods.

Cheques
We only accept bank/company/personal cheques or money orders in Australian dollars and drawn on Australian banks due to the high fees charged by Australian banks to cash overseas cheques.

Cheques should be made payable to SNUG Australia.

Cheques are subject to clearance, normally within 5 business days.
